Founded in 2006 by brothers Peter Smith and Kevin Smith following the destruction of Hurricane Katrina, LC&D has participated in nearly all aspects of residential and commercial construction and, along with their key personnel brings a combined 80+ years of construction and construction management experience to their clients.

The Smith Brothers began as many did, helping friends and family rebuild New Orleans unique and challenging stock of historic homes.
